Established in 1994, Mengtex has grown from a small print shop in Taman Merdeka into a leading packaging provider. With continuous investments in technology and a strong focus on corrugated packaging, we’ve evolved into a trusted partner for high-quality, high-volume solutions—delivering over 5 million boxes annually.

1994
FOUNDATION
In 1994, Mengtex was officially founded, operating from a small factory in Taman Merdeka equipped with a single-color HEIDELBERG GTO printing machine. The company began its journey in the commercial print sector, producing bill books, brochures, and leaflets, laying the groundwork for what would become a trusted name in the industry.
2002
EXPANSION
In 2002, Mengtex took a significant step forward by relocating to two larger factory units in Cheng, Melaka. This move marked a new phase of growth, accompanied by the acquisition of two new HEIDELBERG printing machines, enhancing production capacity and reinforcing the company’s commitment to quality and efficiency.
2006
DIVERSIFICATION
In 2006, Mengtex ventured into the packaging industry, marking a major milestone in its evolution. To support this new direction, the company invested in advanced equipment including a CTP machine, a paper cutter, two die-cutting machines, and a folder-gluer machine—establishing a solid foundation for high-quality packaging solutions.
2008
MILESTONES
By 2008, Mengtex achieved a major production milestone with its annual box output reaching 1 million units. This accomplishment reflected the company’s growing presence in the packaging industry and its ability to meet increasing market demands with consistency and quality.
2011
GLOBAL REACH
In 2011, Mengtex expanded beyond local borders, entering the global market by exporting packaging solutions to countries such as Japan, India, China, Singapore, and Thailand. This marked a significant leap in the company’s journey, showcasing its capability to deliver internationally trusted quality.

CAPABILITIES
In 2015, Mengtex strengthened its production capabilities with strategic investments in key manual machinery, including a book binding machine, a corrugated laminating machine, and a corrugated gluing machine. These additions enhanced the company’s versatility and craftsmanship in delivering more customized and durable packaging solutions.

PRODUCTION LINE
In 2022, Mengtex made a full-scale investment into the corrugated packaging sector, signaling a strong dedication to this growing market. With the launch of a third complete production line in a newly established factory, the company significantly expanded its capabilities—demonstrating both strategic focus and deep commitment to excellence in corrugated packaging.

Mengtex enhanced its printing capabilities with the addition of a new four-color Mitsubishi printing machine.

Mengtex further boosted its production line by adding a Sugano automatic die-cutting machine from Japan.

Mengtex further elevated its packaging capabilities with the addition of a high-speed folder gluer, capable of producing up to 15,000 boxes per hour and efficiently handling both corrugated and non corrugated box gluing.

OPTIMIZATION
In 2023, Mengtex enhanced its production workflow with the addition of a new box collecting machine, enabling the folder gluer to operate at full speed.
2024
ACHIEVEMENT
In 2024, Mengtex reached a significant milestone with its annual box output soaring to 5 million units. This remarkable achievement highlights the company’s continued growth, efficiency, and its ability to meet the ever-expanding demands of the packaging industry.

NEW MACHINE
In 2025, we expanded our capabilities by investing in an eyelet machine. This addition allowed us to offer more creative boxes, further enhancing the apperance of our products.
